Social media marketing is a game-changer for businesses and yet there’s such a jungle of information out there as well as various service providers with different plans and pricing confusing owners. Small business owners constantly struggle with knowing how to implement and manage their social media or who to hire to do it well for them. With Covid-19 and AI putting so many people out of work, social media management can offer a world changing solution to the unemployed who are willing to quickly learn a new skill that they can handle from home. While many have flooded this industry, noone has stepped up to create an approachable service business, with a user-friendly onboarding system, that solves some of business owners most painstaking problems like creating content and handling massive engagement.
Solution
We designed and developed the entire solution, from the service ecosystem to the branding and complete digital identity system, including a functioning responsive website for beta-testing. We created a suite of step-by-step digital guides for the social media managers and the clients to follow and stay in sync throughout the onboarding and enrollment process. We also helped create beta systems for content management that they could use with their first clients.
